How do I get started?

Do you only work with businesses in Lorain County, Ohio?
No — we're based in Lorain County and work with local businesses in person, but most of our work is done remotely with clients across the United States.
Are you a CPA?
No — we're bookkeepers, not tax preparers. We work alongside your CPA (or refer you to one) and hand them a clean year-end package so the return is fast and accurate.
Can you take over a messy QuickBooks file?
Yes. Stephanie is a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor and clean-up is one of our most common starting projects. We'll usually do a one-time clean-up project before moving you to monthly bookkeeping.
How much does this cost?
Project work is flat-fee, quoted up front after a quick scoping call. Ongoing engagements are flat monthly — based on your transaction volume and how clean your books are. No hourly billing surprises.
